I really wish I could go 30 seconds without thinking about my weight or what food I did or didn’t eat. or walk into any room without immediately going to the mirror and pulling up my shirt, or looking at my thighs. I wish I could enjoy a meal without wanting to cry. I wish I could just accept my body, and realize I don’t have to have a flat tummy or a huge thigh gap to be beautiful. I just wish I could love myself and be happy, normal.
